Welcome to MIOTTO. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of the Website

This website is owned and operated by MIOTTO. By accessing the site, you agree not to misuse or attempt to interrupt its normal operation. We may update or change any part of the website at any time.

2. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images.
  • Minor variations in color, packaging, or design may occur.
  • Products are for personal use only (not commercial/medical).

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. MIOTTO does not store your full card details.

4. Order Acceptance

An order is accepted when payment is processed, and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel orders if:

  • Payment cannot be verified
  • Shipping info is incomplete
  • Fraud is suspected or stock is unavailable

* Cancelled orders will be fully refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates. MIOTTO is not responsible for carrier/customs delays. Liability transfers to you once the package is marked “Delivered”.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 15 days. Items must be unused. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Warranty

All MIOTTO electronic products include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, impact, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

MIOTTO is not responsible for improper use, accidental damages, or delivery delays beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, MIOTTO’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Privacy

We collect and use your information strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be handled in Ontario courts.
