The MIOTTO Promise
We want you to feel good about every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in new, unused condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Please note: Used, damaged, or incomplete items cannot be returned.
Return Process
Email us at support@miotto.ca with your order number.
Our team will review and provide a Return Authorization (RMA) if approved.
Ship the product back using the instructions provided.
Once inspected, we will issue your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene & safety reasons:
- Opened personal-care/beauty devices
- Items showing signs of use
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final-sale items
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Orders that have already shipped must go through the standard return process.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not working properly, please follow these steps strictly:
- Contact us at support@miotto.ca within 48 hours.
- Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
