All MIOTTO electronic products are covered by a one-year limited warranty, starting from the original date of purchase.

We will provide: Repair or Replacement


2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects under normal use:

  • Component failures under normal use
  • Defects in materials or workmanship


3. Exclusions

The following are NOT covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage or drops/impact
  • Unauthorized repairs/modifications
  • Missing packaging or accessories

Customers must contact MIOTTO before sending any product back. Please include:

5. Shipping for Claims

  • Inspection: Customer covers shipping to MIOTTO.
  • Approved Claims: MIOTTO covers return shipping to you.
  • Denied Claims: Repair costs will be quoted for approval.

6. After Warranty Period

Even after the one-year warranty expires, we are here to help.
